1. Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- To initiate a return, send an email to [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment or via bank transfer within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] with pictures of the damaged product.
4. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled but may be eligible for a return.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again and then contact your bank.
